Offender Management Model 1.1
This document sets out the key ideas which make up the National Offender Management Service (NOMS) concept of Offender Management.
It is intended to present the rationale behind the development of the model, the fundamental principles upon which Offender Management is based, and some of the standard tools for applying the model in practice.
This document updates the initial version of the Offender Management Model (Version 1).
