NOMS Third Sector Action Plan
This document asks for advice and comments from third sector organisations, MoJ officials, funders and commissioners, and other interested individuals and groups on a draft third sector action plan. It sets out current government expectations and references relevant publications, especially those from the Office of the Third Sector, Cabinet Office.
This draft plan builds on the current NOMS third sector action plan. Consultation over 12 weeks from the end of November will enable NOMS to finalise this new plan to be published in April 2008 when the existing plan comes to an end. The draft plan is set into the wider context of a Ministry of Justice Third Sector Strategy, which will itself be subject to consultation during the same period.
