Implementation of the Offender Management Act 2007

Helen Edwards, Chief Executive of NOMS, wrote to colleagues across NOMS and the National Probation Service yesterday. Her letter is intended to simplify some of the content and clarify those issues that were most keenly debated in Parliament regarding the implementation of the Offender Management Act 2007 and the transition of Boards to Trusts. A briefing on the Act was also produced.
